Our property maintenance division services some of the largest industrial estates, complexes and outdoor areas in the Hunter Valley. We have a team of 100+ qualified staff across a range of trades, including horticulturist, landscapers and arborist to ensure we meet all of your business property requirements. Lawn Mowing
We have a fleet of push mowers, zero turns, out front’s, slashers 6” & 12”, flail mowers as well as 23-tonne vegetation mulchers capable of clearing acres of trees and scrub in hours. Our equipment also includes “Spyder”, a remote-controlled, self-propelled mower for the maintenance of steep slopes such as embankments, dam walls, roadsides and hillsides. It is capable of cutting waist-high growth, thick and wet Kikuyu, weeds, small shrubs and plants
Remote Control Mowing
Gabes have the latest equipment when it comes to property maintenance. Our ‘Spider’ is a remote controlled self-propelled mower for the maintenance of steeply sloping areas such as embankments, dam walls, roadsides and hillsides and areas that are otherwise typically maintained by teams of brush-cutter operators or tractor-powered reach mowers. It's capable of cutting waist-high growth, thick and wet kikuyu, weeds and small shrubs and plants.
Whipper Snipping
Our brush cutters can handle even the toughest terrain and our line trimming with bevel-edging leaves grounds looking manicured and sharp.
Weed Control
From backpack sprayers, ride on units through to truck-mounted sprays with 20-metre booms, our weed control experts have the knowledge and equipment to keep your space weed-free.
Earthmoving
We offer complete site and landscape services including block clearing and levelling, tree removal and other earthworks. Our plant and equipment include trucks, bobcats, excavators, rollers and dozers all with operators and floating gear.
Tree Services
We have qualified tree surgeons and arborists, who undertake tree removal, tree clearing, tree pruning and arboriculture for commercial clocks and sites. Our equipment includes chippers (including a 21” chipper), trucks, stump grinders and crew with dogman tickets for jobs where cranes are required.
Rubbish Removal
We have a range of plant and equipment to manage property waste and rubbish removal requirements including trailers, trucks, skip bins and more. Talk to us about a one-off or ongoing rubbish removal service.
Wood Chipping & Stump Grinding
We can process green waste, wood chipping and mulching for commercial clients. Mulch product can be spread or removed as waste. We also provide grinding services such as tree stump removal, stump grinding, root ball removal, bamboo roots removal. Our range of stump grinding equipment allows us to grind our way through any stump large or small and overcome any access issues.
Gutter Cleaning
We offer gutter cleaning of all commercial and industrial buildings, warehouses and premises. Our team is certified to work at heights and offer manual and vacuum cleaning options. Gutter maintenance is offered on need basis or as part of a programmed maintenance package.
Pressure Washing
We offer pressure cleaning of internal or exterior surfaces. We can clean roofs, walls, guttering, fencing, pavements, paths, car parks, and also graffiti removal. Our vacuum and recovery system allows us to extract dirty wash water, clean and filter it, and release the clean water to stormwater system free of contaminants. Our trucks are kitted out with 2000 litres of water for locations without water access.
Pest Control
Our pest control team offers a tailored pest management service to commercial businesses, offices, warehouses, restaurants, hotels, clubs, pubs, schools and hospitals. We will resolve your pest control problem quickly while minimising disruption to your business operations. We can remove rats, mice, termites, cockroaches, ants and other pests from your commercial space.
Drone Services
Our service provides a certified and licensed drone operator. We can inspect inaccessible areas or high rise areas as part of our property maintenance program. We undertake drone inspection of multi-story buildings, windows, expansion joints, seals, gutters (box and perimeters), roof sheeting, tree inspections, bird proofing and real-time aerial photography.
Vegetation Clearing
Our property maintenance team are regularly engaged in vegetation clearing projects. Our mulchers are up to 2.5m in width and are capable of falling standing timber up to 500mm. They are used for broad acre clearing in civil construction, property development, bush fire hazard control and selective thinning for plantation management.
