Gabes Cleaning Services is second-to-none in service delivery and quality control. All of our staff are thoroughly trained to our high standards and continual follow up training ensures that you are getting an excellent standard from day one. Our Area Supervisors continually monitor all of our staff and do a thorough quality control check on your premises while they are there.

Our supervisors will keep in touch with your company’s representative through on-site visits to ensure that you are totally satisfied with the cleaning standard and service provided to your company.

Communication books are strategically placed at each customers premises so you have direct contact with our staff, you may have a function that requires additional cleaning or you may require extra work done for that special visitor. This information is listed in the communications book and our staff will check this book daily and will complete any task required immediately or ensure that the work is completed by the required date. In the event that we have inadvertently missed something in our cleaning routine then this book is a quick and easy way to rectify your concerns.

Our supervisors inspect these books and sign off at every visit so we can monitor our performance. This does not detract from companies ringing us direct so we can deal with issues immediately, we will have staff back onsite with 30 minutes of your phone call to address any problems that may arise.

Gabes Cleaning Service is one of the only companies in the Hunter that uses an Independent Consulting Company to contact our customers on our behalf to monitor our performance. This report is totally independent and we get a 'warts and all' report. We are not looking for a 'feel good' report. We want it as it is. If we have an unsatisfied customer then this is the perfect opportunity to relay that message to us.
