Property Maintenance Division

Our PMD continues to go from strength to strength currently we are in the process of upgrading a building recently vacated by one of our valued customers. Our work will consist of electrical, plumbing, repainting inside and out, replacement of ceiling tiles replacement of guttering and downpipes. Levelling and returfing lawns and a complete garden makeover. How much time did our customer take to organise all of this work – as long as it took to make one phone call to Gabes Cleaning. This is an area where our customers can leave it to us to get things done quickly and efficiently. The benefit to you is that we have access to your premises and we co-ordinate for work to be done outside of working hours or weekends without you having to worry – that’s our promise to you.

Scope of works included a large range of services;

  • Lights replaced and repaired

  • Aircon Ducts cleaned

  • Roller Door Repaired for forklift damage

WOW – does it get any better than this?

The answer is no. We have just been awarded the cleaning contract with the new and high tech Westrac site at Tomago. We have had a close relationship with Westrac over a number of years and they were happy to invite us to come with them to their new Tomago site. The site is huge and offers a lot of challenges for us. Amy and our team of Area Managers, Supervisors and Staff are working hard to ensure that their many employees get the highest standard of cleaning and ensure that the complex retains that NEW feeling long into the future.

Westrac has invested many millions of dollars into this site and we are proud to be part of their major development in the Hunter.

Gabes Cleaning Service is proud to announce that we  have been given the privilege of being the Major Sponsor for this year’s annual Hunter Valley Grammar School’s Golf Day. Over the past few years we have sponsored a hole but this year we are the proud sponsors for the day. It is now called the Gabes Grammar Golf Day. We are excited that we continue our close association with the school, we have been supplying our Gabes Quality Cleaning at the school for the past 23 years. We are pleased that our sponsorship money goes directly to help children receive a quality education that would not necessarily be available to them. We were asked to visit All Saints College, St peters Campus to provide a cleaning proposal, as usual we asked "why they selected Gabes Cleaning" and the answer was very simple - "I heard you were the best" After designing a cleaning program to suit their budget we are now pleased to welcome them as a new customer for the school year commencing 2012. Our experienced team will start a full spring clean prior to the students and teachers returning to ensure they start the year with clean and hygienic classrooms and amenities.

Hunter Valley Grammar School has also re signed with Gabes Cleaning Service and this will take us into our 23rd year cleaning the school. We have had a long and close relationship with the staff and teachers at the school and look forward to many more years of providing the high standards that we constantly provide.

Crossroads Motors Glendale is another new customer commencing with our services in November and we are pleased to have them join our existing Car Sale companies that belong to the Bradstreet Group. Gabes Cleaning service is committed to our customers not only by providing an excellent service but also by purchasing goods and services from our customers. We have recently had a  managerial restructure and as a result required two new vehicles, we did not hesitate to go to Crossroads and purchased two new Mazda 2's. we now have 2 great cars and 2 very happy area managers.

Gabes Cleaning recently had a consultant come in and evaluate how we perform in the eyes of our customers. Their result came as no surprise to us, their results showed that 99% of our customers would recommend Gabes to other companies. Next time you are considering a cleaning company to maintain your building and work place, there is only two questions you have to ask and that is " How do you monitor your customer satisfaction and what are the results?"

A customer that never forgot. We were recently asked to provide a cleaning proposal for a company in Maitland, the lady on the phone told us that she worked for a company where we used to clean 10 years ago and she remembered that we provided an excellent cleaning service at her office. When she was asked to organise a cleaner by her new employer she did not hesitate to call us. We are now providing that same excellent service to her new offices. We look forward to a long and lasting relationship.
